For me I don't know if it was well promoted because she had a series of mall shows to promote her album. The songs are very beatiful and I was able to relate to them and they really caught my attention on the first time I heard them. I was already a bit "late" for her mall show..I came there 30 minutes before the show. I bought a copy of the cd and surprisingly they still have a lot of cd signing stubs. You can only get a stub when you purchase a cd but the thing that shocked me the most is the number of the stub that I got was still on 28 out of 100 stubs!Other artists who came here for cd promotion were The Click Five,Colbie Caillat,Boys Like Girls,etc..but I've never encountered an artist who still has cd signing stubs left at that kind of timing.

I think that Caramelo means to "Heroes & Thieves".. I don't agree at all with you Caramelo, H&T is one of the best albums i have ever heard! I love it, for me, is the best Vanessa's album =). I love Harmonium, but i think that Heroes & Thieves is better in almost all senses, as a complete album, is more solid and the music has more instrumentation, fact that is very positive in the songs... although i love listen just Vanessa and her piano =). In my opinion Dark Carnival and All i Ask SHOULD have been in Harmonium ^^. For me they're better than some songs that are in the cd :$. Just my opinion .

PS: Harmonium's cover (with Vanessa in the piano) is more than perfect :$. I'm going to print the front cover in photography paper and put it in my bedroom :$ ^^.I really love that cover!

the Harmonium cover has always been my favorite cover of hers. and I agree with u on H&T being a better record. I love Harmonium to bits, but H&T has more structure and a story throughout, while Harmonium is more of a compilation of music. Love all her records though

I think H&T and Harmonium artwork was just breathtaking (maybe harmonium a little bit more). As for the songs, I agree with you. H&T was definitely a body of work, like she said.
